Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Rudofin's services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Rudofin's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, you have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rudocode (OPC) Private Limited, the company behind Rudofin.

2. Description of Services

Rudofin provides a digital payment platform enabling registered partners to offer services including Aadhaar-based payments, fund transfers, mobile and DTH recharges, utility bill payments, PAN card services, Micro ATM services, and cash withdrawal services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Partner Registration & Account

To access our services, you must complete registration and verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Rudofin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Rudofin's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform for any fraudulent transactions, impersonation, or activities that violate applicable laws. You must ensure that transactions are performed only for legitimate customers with valid identification.

5. Transaction Processing

Rudofin processes transactions on a best-effort basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Transactions once initiated cannot be reversed except in cases of proven technical errors. Settlement timelines are as specified in your partner agreement. Commission structures are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Fees & Commissions

Commission rates and fee structures applicable to your account are specified in your partner agreement and may be updated periodically. Any changes to commission structures will be communicated with at least 7 days advance notice. Rudofin reserves the right to deduct applicable charges from your wallet balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from: using the platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities; creating fictitious transactions or inflating transaction volumes; sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons; reverse engineering or attempting to access the platform's source code; and any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Rudofin platform are owned by or licensed to Rudocode (OPC) Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rudofin's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount of commission earned by you in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rudocode, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The seat of arbitration shall be India and proceedings shall be in English.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Modifications to Terms

Rudofin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the partner relationship with 30 days written notice. Rudofin may immediately terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be settled after a 30-day holding period for chargebacks.
